Real Property Management of Sarasota & Manatee is looking for Florida’s most qualified Realtors and Real Estate Agents to partner with in providing exceptional service to clients through our Agent Referral Program.
When you refer a leasing/management client YOU can receive:
- $750 for vacant residential properties renting at $2,500+ per month
- $450 for vacant residential properties renting at $1,500–$2,499 per month
- $250 for vacant residential properties renting for less than $1,500 per month
- $250 for any property with existing tenants in place
Referring a client is simple — call us, introduce the property owner, and we take it from there. Once the owner signs a management agreement and we place a tenant, your referral fee is paid directly to you or your broker. No ongoing involvement required on your part. We handle everything from leasing to day-to-day management, so your client gets professional service and you get compensated for the introduction. It’s a win for your client, a win for you, and a win for us. Of course, when/if the owner decides to sell, the sale listing goes back to you – your clients remain your clients forever.
