What our office does, and does not, handle
We manage residential property on annual leases: single-family homes, individual condo units, townhomes, and small multi-unit residential buildings. We do not handle seasonal, vacation, or short-term rentals, and we do not manage commercial property.
That focus is deliberate. Screening, lease terms, inspections, and maintenance all work differently for annual rentals than for seasonal ones, and doing both well from one office is hard. We chose annual leases and built everything around them.
