For $79.99/m we will set your tenant up with online payment services, and direct deposit the net rental proceeds to your bank account monthly. We will prepare and deliver a monthly accounting statement to you (good for your end of year tax records) and will also prepare and forward a FORM 1099 annually, which is required by the IRS for all rental income. We will provide you and the tenant with 24/7/365 maintenance support through our maintenance and troubleshooting call center. The call center troubleshoots, evaluates, and screens all maintenance calls — ultimately YOU, the owner are responsible for maintenance dispatch and payment.
EXTREME VALUE SERVICE does NOT include maintenance management maintenance services (other than call-center) or pursuing tenant for missed rent payments — these are owner responsibilities.
